Chapter 26 (Part A): Three words
Cameron waited until Elliot's car disappeared around the street corner, swallowed up by the night and falling snowflakes, before turning to open the front door. Thankfully he had remembered to bring his key with him when he had gone out for the night. Not that it was much use, seeing as the front door was still unlocked, even at this hour. Strange as it was, Cameron didn't want to stop and think about it, not when it was cold enough to feel his breath freeze inside his mouth.
